At Aapas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion choice isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Aapas account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
